Esalba is founded in December 16 2005, moved to a facility with a closed area of 12,000 m2 on a total area of 36,000 m2 at Eskisehir Industrial Zone in 2006 and started its operations in 2008. With its cutting-edge machinery, Esalba is capable of providing metal fabrication services and offers in-house tooling, metal stamping, assembly, welding and powder painting services. Since 2008, the Company has attained a well-established customer portfolio thanks to its substantial investment in personnel and machinery. Despite the global economic crises, Metal Co had total revenues of EUR 10.6 million in 2010, representing a compound annual growth rate (liCAGR")of 45.2% for the period spanning 2008 and 2010. In the same period, the Company also managed to improve its EBITDA margin from 4% in 2008 to 12% in 2010.
